What does this action do?
It rebuilds TopTeam Database indexes that make the database queries faster.
When data fetching becomes faster, loading of data in TopTeam editors such as Repository Explorer, List editors, Tree editors, Document Generation, etc. also becomes faster.
You can access this action from Administration > Perform System Maintenance > Perform Database Tune-up. Refer to the image below.
When to perform this action?
It is recommended that this action should be performed once a month.
If updates to TopTeam repository are high (.e.g. more than 500 updates per day), it is then recommended to perform this action once in a week.
