This article describes how TopTeam ensures that work is not lost, even if a session is disconnected.

Scenario 1 – Your session has expired due to inactivity or disconnection
Step 1. TopTeam prompts you to relogin when you click Save
Step 2. After relogin, click Save
Scenario 2 – TopTeam prompts you to save the changes after X minutes
Step 1. Click Yes in the Confirm pop-up window
NOTE: X can be configured by an Administrator.
