What is the Online Reviews editor?
Online Reviews is the platform in TopTeam Web where reviewers (both authors and collaborators) can review artifacts of different record types and send their approval to authors.
While reviewing, reviewers can add comments, review diagram properties, change approval status of records, raise issues on any artifact, view record differences, etc.
After reviewing a document, reviewers finish the review with either approving or disapproving the document and thereafter the document is sent back to the author.
Depending upon the verdict, the author can further take next course of action or send the document again for review after making the changes as suggested by reviewer.
When to use it?
Use the Online Reviews editor when:
- You want stakeholders of a product or Project to give their verdict on a document or artifacts.
- You want formal approvals and reviews for auditory purposes.
- You want to get the inputs of collaborators and team members on artifacts and schedule further changes as per review feedback.
