What is the Issues editor?
In any product, Change Requests, Issues and Defects are a part of its lifecycle. Product Owners can use “Agile->Issues” editor in TopTeam for managing and adding Issues to product backlog.
This editor provides an easy way to filter and add Issues to product backlog. You can also raise/submit new issues using this editor. Once Issues are added to backlog, they can be included in a Sprint using the Sprint Planning editor.
Administrators can configure other Tracking record types to be considered as backlog from “Administration > Agile Configuration > Configure Agile Backlog” editor.
You can access this editor from Agile > Define > Issues. Refer to the image below.
When to use it?
Use this editor to:
- View Issues and Defects of a product
- Add Issues to backlog
- Remove Issues from backlog
- Filter and Sort Issues
- Submit Issues
- Modify Issues
