What is Sprint Kanban Board?
Sprint Kanban Board is a workflow visualization tool that enables you to view the progress of Backlog Items and Todos of a Sprint.
It displays backlog items of a Sprint in the columns for TopTeam Agile record states “Defined, In Progress, Completed and Accepted”. Records are then further grouped by their actual record states.
You can access Sprint Kanban Board from Agile > Execute > Kanban. Refer to the image below.
It also displays Todos according to their record states.
When to use it?
Use Kanban Board to view the status of a Sprint:
- Status of backlog items grouped by TopTeam Agile record states and actual record states.
- Status of todos grouped by record states.
View backlog item details such as:
- Name/Title of a record
- Owner/Assigned To
- Effort remaining in hours
- Block Status
- Hover/click a record ID to view its details
Change record state using drag-and-drop:
- You can change the state of a backlog item or a todo using drag-and-drop to the desired record state column.
