Overview
In TopTeam, Agile helps you develop and deliver your product or project using an incremental and iterative approach. Agile works by breaking down each project into small parts. Every iteration involves cross functional teams that are working simultaneously on various areas such as planning, requirements gathering, developing, coding, testing, etc. After each iteration, a working product is delivered.
Agile mainly helps you to define records for a record type, plan, execute and track progress of your product or project.
