What are the prerequisites for connecting TopTeam Offline Synchronizer to TopTeam Application Server?

TopTeam Offline Synchronizer connects to TopTeam Application Server via TCP/IP or HTTP/HTTPS protocols.

Prerequisites for connecting via TCP/IP Protocol:

Ensure that TopTeam Offline Synchronizer has access to TopTeam Application Server via TCP/IP protocol on the Port number where TopTeam Application Server is listening.
Ensure that the firewall on your network or the computer on which TopTeam Offline Synchronizer is installed, is not blocking any requests to TopTeam Application Server.

Prerequisites for connecting via HTTP/HTTPS Protocol:

TopTeam Offline Synchronizer can access IIS Server via HTTP/HTTPS protocol.
Ensure that the firewall on your network or the computer on which TopTeam Offline Synchronizer is installed, is not blocking the HTTP/HTTPS request to IIS Server where TopTeam HTTP access is configured.
