Using Define Record Type States Editor

What is the Define Record Type States editor?

The Define Record Type States editor is used for configuring what State (or “status”) a record can be in. These States can be customized completely to meet your organizational processes and custom workflows.

You can access this editor from Administration > Configure Record Type States & Workflow > Configure States for Record Types. Refer to the image below.
