What is Reuse Record Service?
TopTeam Application Server Management Console allows you to manage TopTeam Application Server and its services. You must turn ON Reuse Record Service to start synchronizing reused records with its source, whenever the source record is updated.
Reuse Manager is used to view and manage source and destination reused records in a project.
You can access this service from TopTeam Application Server Management Console > Background Services > Start Reuse Record Service on Server Startup. Refer to the image below.

When to use it?
Reuse Record Service is used to manage reused records. With this service you can:
- Compare sources and its reused records
- View information related to reusing options (Reuse Status, Updated Method, Reuse Scope, etc.).
- Refresh/update reused records from its source records
