What is the Baselines editor?
A baseline is a snapshot of specific versions of Repository Objects at the point the baseline is created. In the Baselines editor, you can view the details of a baselined record.
You can access this editor from Repository Explorer > Baselines > Baseline record. Refer to the images below.

When to use it?
Use the Baselines editor to:
- Create, modify and delete baselines
- View records included in a baseline
- Compare any baseline with now .i.e. the current status of records
- Convert a baseline from “Complete” to “Selective” type
NOTE: Complete Baseline includes all records, whereas, Selective Baseline includes only selected records of a Project.
