Overview
Roles represent a job function or a group of users. In TopTeam, Roles are used for consolidating security permissions as well as for workflow. We recommend that you manage TopTeam Repository security by creating Roles and then assign these Roles to Project Team Members.
You can grant various Security/Workflow Roles to Team Members.
This article describes the steps for granting/revoking Roles of Project Team Members.
NOTE: Team Members can perform only those actions which are granted to the Roles assigned to them.
