What is ID2 Resequence Wizard?
ID2 is a secondary identifier for any Repository Object or Tracking Item (.e.g. “MyUC-104”). ID2 is a combination of a Prefix (“MyUC”) and a sequentially generated number (.e.g.“104”).
You can customize the ID2 Prefix for each record type in every project. If Prefix is not specified, Record Type Prefix defined in the Record Type editor will be used by default.
You can access this wizard from TopTeam main menu > Projects > Edit Project > Tools > Resequence ID2. Refer to the images below.
