What is Dashboard?
TopTeam provides a Dashboard view of Projects that displays status information to Business Analysts, Project Admins, Team Members, etc. Dashboard displays both textual and graphical representation of a project’s status.
How to use a Dashboard tab:
1. Add Dashboard Page of required type such as Chart, Statistics or Recent Activities Page.
2. Specify layout of page.
3. Add Portlets of respective type to page.
A Dashboard tab can either be marked as Public, which is visible to all users of the system or Private, which is visible only to you. You can also modify, rename and remove a Dashboard tab.
You can access this tab from TopTeam main menu > Start > Dashboard. Refer to the image below.

When to use it?
Use Dashboard to:
- View status of a single/multiple project(s)
- Add a Public/Private Dashboard tab
- Add one or more Portlets to a tab
- Modify filter to fetch data by Portlets on a tab using modify filter option
- Remove Portlets from a tab
- Rename a tab
- Change order of tabs
- Remove tabs
