What is the Workflow History Sub-tab?
Workflow History sub-tab displays a complete lifecycle of a record in a diagrammatic format. It provides a state history of a record’s overall progress since its inception. It also provides details such as in which state the record was assigned to, updated by, and updated date.
It also can show possible future states that a record can progress into, provided that Enforce State Transition Rules is turned ON.
You can access the Workflow History sub-tab from within the History tab in a record’s editor.
When to use it?
Use the Workflow History sub-tab to monitor the current state and verify the completed states of a record.
