How to query repository artifacts that are linked to Change Requests having High priority

Overview

This article describes the procedure for applying a filter to view repository artifacts that are linked to Change Requests having “High” priority.

Who should read this?

Step 1. Open a list or tree editor and open Manage Filters window

Step 2. Create a new filter in the Manage Filters window

Step 3. Go to the Relational Filter tab

Step 4. Select Relational Filter Type

Step 5. Select filter option as “Having Linked Tracking Items”

Step 6. Select Change Requests record type

Step 7. Specify condition for the Change Requests record type having “High” priority

Similar to the Priority field, you can also use other fields to filter records.

Step 8. View defined filter

Step 9. Enter Filter Name and Description (Optional)
