Overview
You can configure For Your Information (FYI) Request settings that enable Reviewers to view detail editor of a record in Online Reviews.
NOTE: Send a FYI request to reviewers only when you seek their comments or feedback on the records and not their approval.
Who should read this?
- TopTeam Administrators
Step 1. Open the Administration screen of TopTeam Desktop App
Step 2. Administration page opens, click Configure System Wide Settings
Step 3. Click Configure Global Settings
Step 4. Configure settings for enabling Reviewers to view a record’s detail editor in FYI Request
