Overview
The formula for Weighted Value uses the fields of the User Stories record type in its calculation. You can customize this formula as per your requirements.
NOTE:
This formula for calculating Weighted Value is applicable to all record types added to Product Backlog. Therefore, the fields specified in the formula must exist in all the record types considered as backlog.
This article describes the procedure to customize the calculation formula of Weighted Value field.
Who should read this?
- TopTeam Administrators
Step 1. Open Administration in TopTeam Desktop App
Step 2. Click Configure System Record Types
Step 3. Click Customize Record Type Fields
Step 4. In the Record Type Fields editor, select Record Type e.g. User Stories
Step 5. Go to System Fields and select Weighted Value
Step 6. Customize calculation formula

Step 7. Click Save
