What is the Recent Activity Dashboard?
TopTeam provides a dashboard view of projects to give status information to Business Analysts, Project Admins, Team Leads, Team Members, etc.
As the name suggests, it shows recent activities done in TopTeam.
The Recent Activity Dashboard shows changes (activities) to any (or all) elements as defined by you in Activity Portlets.
Notice that Activity Portlets are customizable to view all or specific Record Types and the type of activities performed on these Record Types.
You can access this tab from TopTeam main menu > Start > Dashboard. Refer to the image below.

When to use it?
The Recent Activity Dashboard displays recent activities like Comments, Attachments, etc. You can use this Dashboard information to prioritize tasks and to stay up-to-date with the current tasks in your company.
