Overview
Tags in TopTeam help you group records together into a particular topic or category. Tags also help you filter and search for a certain set of records easily in the repository.
TopTeam repository also maintains a Tag Cloud.

Tagged Record
1. Creating Tags in TopTeam
Tags is a Collections record type. You can perform tag operations such as creating new tags, tagging/untagging records, granting tag related permissions to team members, etc.
Tags can be created at a System-wide and Project level. To work with tags at Project level, you need to include Tags record type.

2. Tagging and untagging records in TopTeam
Once you have created desired Tags, records can be tagged to them. There are various methods using which you can tag records.

3. Tag Cloud
Tag Cloud helps you view information such as available tags, count of records in each tag, etc. All such tag information is represented with different font styles.

4. Filtering records based on Tags
You can create and apply filters to query tagged records using data and relational filters.
