Overview
You can share traceability using Traceability Coverage Matrix in TopTeam Web with your stakeholders. This is done using a permalink. Stakeholders can use this permalink and directly view the Traceability Coverage Matrix that you have defined or generated.

Step 1. Navigate to Traceability Coverage Matrix
Alternatively, you can navigate to Traceability Coverage Matrix from the selection drop-down in the top left corner.
1. Sharing Traceability Coverage Matrix before generating
Step 1.1. Choose a Saved Query
You can choose from the predefined queries list.

Step 1.2. Share traceability query
Step 1.3. Permalink has been copied
You can share this permalink with your stakeholders. When stakeholders click this permalink, Traceability Coverage Matrix will display.

2. Sharing Traceability Coverage Matrix after generating traceability
Step 2.1. Define a new query or choose a saved query

To choose a saved query, refer to step 1.1 of this article.
Step 2.2. Run Query to generate traceability
Step 2.3. Share permalink of the generated traceability from the toolbar
When stakeholders use this permalink, they will view the same Traceability Coverage Matrix that you have generated. Refer to step 1.4.
