Creating Mind Map Records using Repository Explorer

Overview

In this article, you will learn how to create Mind Map records from Repository Explorer in TopTeam Web.

Alternatively, you can create Mind Map records using Minutes of meeting editor.

Prerequisites

1. To work with Mind Map record type, you must first include it in your project.
   Refer to the topic Including Mind Map record type in your project of the article Using Mind Map in TopTeam.
2. You must have the required permissions to create a new Mind Map record in your project.

Step 1. Click New Mind Map in Repository Explorer

For information on how to open repository explorer, refer to the Video – Getting Started with Repository Explorer (TopTeam Web) and Using Repository Explorer (TopTeam Web).

NOTE:

If you are not able to see New Mind Map option, most probably you do not have permissions to create new Mind Maps. Contact your Project Admin to grant you the required permissions.

Step 2. Enter new Mind Map record name and other details
