What is the Object List?
The Object List is a spreadsheet-like customizable view that allows you to view all or filtered sub-sets of records for all record types existing in TopTeam repository.
You can access this list from TopTeam main menu > Repository > Repository Objects List. Refer to the image below.
Object List
When to use it?
Use the Object List when you want to:
- Access records of different record types in a single list
- Make changes to Properties, Owners, States, etc.
- Make bulk updates
