Overview
The Log Files which are generated by TopTeam Web Server are stored in a folder. When you contact TechnoSolutions in most cases, our support team will ask you to send the Log Files to them. The Log Files contain an account of all activities of the application.

Prerequisites
- You must have access to the server computer on which TopTeam Web Server is installed.
Step 1. Open the Internet Information Services (IIS) Manager and navigate to the Web Server Installation Folder
Step 2. In the installation folder, open the rest folder
Step 3. Open the Logs folder
The Logs folder contains the actual Log Files.
Select the Log Files, zip them and send the zipped file to the TechnoSolutions Support Team.
