Prerequisites
- A Windows Administrator must perform this procedure.
Step 1. Open Internet Information Services (IIS) Console
Step 2. Click Application Pools in IIS Manager
Step 3. Stop RESTAPI Application Pool
Step 4. Start RESTAPI Application Pool
Step 5. Stop TopTeam Web Application Pool
Step 6. Start TopTeam Web Application Pool
