Overview
TopTeam supports access to TopTeam Application Server via HTTP/HTTPS.
A Windows Administrator can configure HTTP/HTTPS access to TopTeam Application Server using topteamhttp.dll.
This article describes how to configure topteamhttp.dll on IIS 7.0 to allow HTTP/HTTPS access to TopTeam Application Server.

Prerequisites
- You must have Windows or System Administrator privileges to perform this configuration.
- Internet Information Services (IIS 7.0) must be installed. Refer to the article Install Internet Information Services (IIS) 7.0.
- TopTeam Application Server must be installed on the same or a different computer. Refer to the article Installing TopTeam Application Server for Firebird Database. For other installation articles, refer to the TechnoSolutions Knowledge Base Website.
- Network access must be available from the computer on which IIS is installed to the computer on which TopTeam Application Server is installed (in case if they are installed on different computers).
- Download and save a copy of topteamhttp.dll to C:\<any-folder>\topteamhttp folder on this computer. Refer to the link http://downloads.technosolutionscorp.com/cust/utils/topteamhttp.zip to download topteamhttp.dll.
Step 1. Open Internet Information Services (IIS) Manager
Install IIS if you do not find ‘Internet Information Services’ on your computer.
Step 2. Open Handler Mappings
Step 3. Grant Execute Permissions to ISAPI-dll resource
Step 4. Edit Feature Permissions
Step 5. Select the checkbox for Execute
Step 6. Create Virtual Directory for topteamhttp
Step 7. Add a Virtual Directory
Step 8. Select the Default Document for topteamhttp.dll
Step 9. Add a Default Document
Step 10. Open the ISAPI and CGI Restrictions editor
Step 11. Add ISAPI or CGI Restriction
Step 12. Go to Application Pools and open Advanced Settings for TopTeam HTTP dll
Step 13. The Advanced Settings window opens, ensure that the Enable 32-Bit Applications parameter is set to True
Step 14. Verify that TopTeam HTTP DLL is installed correctly

Step 15. Run TopTeam Desktop App and connect to TopTeam Application Server via HTTP/HTTPS
