  • Ensure that the firewall on your network or the computer on which TopTeam Desktop App is installed, is not blocking any requests to TopTeam Application Server.

Prerequisites for connecting via HTTP/HTTPS Protocol:

  • TopTeam Desktop App can access IIS Server via HTTP/HTTPS protocol.
  • Ensure that the firewall on your network or the computer on which TopTeam Desktop App is installed, is not blocking the HTTP/HTTPS request to IIS Server where TopTeam HTTP access is configured.
